She earned her BS in Kinesiology at Sonoma State University, specializing in Lifetime Physical Fitness, before graduating from Palmer Chiropractic West. During her studies, she helped run the Pediatrics Club, gaining valuable experience working with newborns, children, and all stages of pregnancy.
